Julius Crouch

As one of the original founding members of Empowered Young Men, Julius Crouch serves as the President of Business Structure and Formation. In this role Mr. Crouch is responsible for defining and refining the mission, articles of organization, as well as developing/implementing the strategy for growth and expansion.

A St.Louis native, Mr. Crouch has earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia. He has also earned a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St.Louis and is currently completing his coursework for his Six Sigma Blackbelt/Master Blackbelt Certification through a joint program of the Internationnal Quality Federation (IQF) and the University of Detroit Mercy.

Mr.Crouch has worked in several strategy and planning positions within the past 12 years with Ford Motor Company and currently works as a Lean Supply Chain Management Supervisor. A former member of the Product Development Leadership Program, Mr. Crouch also serves as the Corporate Sponsor for Focus Hope's Annual Walk.

Dedicated to giving back to his community, Mr. Crouch strives to reach those young men who need a broader understanding of their own potential. He has served as a mentor to many junior employees and company interns and believes that mentoring plays a critical role in ensuring the success of young men.
